I have had some success with manifestation after experimenting this year. These are some of the truths and rules I have come to realize, intuit, or be taught. While these have worked for me, they may not apply to everyone, but I hope they help in some way.
Some of My Successful Manifestations
Got a 30% raise at work
Healed a wound (or at least didn't feel the pain of it)
My wife became pregnant
Gained the ability to save $1,000 per month
Helped my wife manage her chronic illness more easily
The transcripts from Prudence on this topic have been incredibly validating for my experiences this year. I have always been somewhat skeptical of anything that feels too "woo woo," but after my experiments and some unexpected guidance, things have become clearer. I believe I am getting closer to understanding the truth—at least for my reality.
Rules or Guidelines I Follow
1. Phrase Your Mantra in the Past Tense, Including How It Feels Once Achieved
I first heard this idea in a random YouTube video, and it stuck with me. I didn’t fully understand why until later, thanks to Prudence’s transcripts.
Saying, "I need a raise to take care of my family," contains doubt. It implies that you don’t have it yet and might not get it. Instead, saying, "I got a raise, and it allowed me to take care of my family," forces you to internalize it as already true. This deepens belief and conviction, which I believe is key to manifestation.
2. Others Must Want It for Themselves
When manifesting something involving others, they must subconsciously or consciously want it too. Even if they don’t know you are manifesting for them, their subconscious will respond. If they truly do not want it, the manifestation will break and fail.
This aligns with the concept of free will. It also explains why cult leaders can be dangerous—if someone can manipulate others into unquestioning agreement, their manifestations may take hold, regardless of whether they are beneficial.
3. You Can Manifest the Outcome, but Not the "How"
For example, my mantra was, "I was able to save $1,000 per month, and it was freeing for my family." The way it manifested? My wife transitioned from being a stay-at-home mom to working from home. Not necessarily the ideal "how" I envisioned, but I don’t control the how—only influence the outcome.
This is why it’s important to be careful what you wish for.
4. Distance from the Goal Affects Time and Belief
The further you are from your desired outcome, the longer the manifestation process will take. Your role is to put your intention out clearly and truthfully. However, the greater the gap, the harder it becomes to fully believe in your statement as reality, which can slow the process. Even if successful, a distant manifestation will have a very long story to play out before it reaches you.
5. Repeat Your Mantra Clearly and Consistently in Your Inner Voice
I believe repetition strengthens a manifestation, either by directly influencing it or by improving your chances of doing it correctly at least one of the times. I’m unsure which it is, but I suspect the latter.
For those with a chaotic or noisy mind, finding your inner voice may take practice. I naturally have a "blank slate" mind, which makes it easy for me to hear my inner voice clearly. However, this also has drawbacks, such as being caught off guard by emotional responses or struggling to articulate why I do things. Regardless, with time and familiarity, anyone can get better acquainted with their inner voice and empower it with truth.
Manifestation Throughout History
I’ve come to believe that people throughout history have unknowingly used manifestation. This may explain why certain religious practices and rituals have endured. If someone truly believes their framework—whether it’s burning sage for protection or trusting an all-powerful God—their belief may help bring it into reality.
However, these frameworks are not strictly necessary. They act as conduits, tapping into a power source that people may not fully understand.
Perhaps that was their original purpose all along.
This is fantastic, and yeah, #3 can be "interesting." :D
Love this. I've been studying manifestation for years now and the reason why putting it in past tense works is because there is only now. So we do not say we will get it in the future, we must feel it true, here and now.
I have manifested my husband, my daughter, and my lovely house in the mountains. It is REAL and you are more powerful than you realize ✨
Excellent and pin-worthy.
Really great read man ty. Way better than most of those complicated books and guides and teachings. Ty ty!!
This article reminds me of Vadim Zeland's "Reality Transurfing." I've been experiencing positive changes in my life too. Also, congratulations on your wife's pregnancy!
Be careful what you wish for! Soooo true. I imagine it like magic genie rules, not the 3 but being careful. I really loved hearing more about how your mind works. You're very interesting. I'm hoping to see lots more from you. This guide is super handy and I think we should pin it!
This was really good, and thank you. These concepts were laid out clearly, and lol some of those tips totally make sense, like “Be careful what you wish for” got me. Those insights I also have never heard before, really neat. Thanks my friend!
