Void meditation is important but I didn't understand the logistics to WHY it was important until I used my intuition along with what has been written in the forums here to analyze what void meditation truly does. I found that it affects the relationship between the Mind, Body, and Soul.
When one void meditates, one removes themselves from all sensations and all thoughts. What lies in the void is the realme or THE SOUL. To become the soul is to feel nothing. Easier said than done obviously but once one distances themselves so far from their body so as to feel nothing, that's where the magic happens. With void meditation, One can then exist as their true soul selves. But if this is the case, then why can they just jump into their bodies with ease but require so much concentration to jump into new bodies. And why can't our souls immediately perform magic in our reality if we are truly powerful. This is where the conversation of bodies begins.
A body is used to give the power of thought and feeling to the soul. Without a body, a soul is simply a cloud of information and energy floating around in the ethereal plane. But when you have a body, you can do anything you want in the reality that you're experiencing. You can interface directly with it given the abilities that the body has. If the body has wings then you can fly. If it has fins then you can swim. But why even control a body? What benefit does a soul have from controlling a body? This is where the mind comes in.
The mind is the product of a soul puppetting a body. It's the product of an realme controlling a human or a frog or a bacterium or a machine or an AI or a god. It's the product of that one white guy from Avatar connecting with the Na'avi Avatar. It is that which can interpret and be interpreted. If the soul is a couple individual thoughts floating in space, then the mind is the connections between them. the mind is our consciousness generated and housed inside the body using an organ called the Brain. The mind captures each thought and connects them to each other. It interprets these thoughts and vocalizes them. They are what dictates your personality, your emotions, your opinions, your interactions, and everything else that makes you, you!
The Three, Holy Trinity or whatever you want to call it exists in an equilibrium that creates life. The drawing below depicts their strongest connections/feedback loops/relationships within an unawakened earth human.
Life = Soul <-> Body <-> Mind
The soul inhabits the body, using its central nervous system AKA the brain to create the mind or consciousness. This consciousness interacts and explore the world using the
Body and creates new data for the soul. This is what life is. In an "Awakened" earth human, these connections/feedback loops/relationships change to exist as what is depicted in the drawing below.
Awakened Life = Soul <-> Mind <-> Body
Some who is awakened uses their mind to establish control over both their body and their soul. They can control their body in any way they see fit as well as control the flow of the soul energy and soul data (knowledge). With all this mind, let's tweak our explanation of void meditation.
During a successful void meditation session, the body becomes separated from the mind and the soul.
Life during Void Meditation = Mind <-> Soul
From this separation, a stronger connection between the soul and the mind is established (and of course the mind is still connected with the body albeit with a far weaker connection), thereby granting the mind access to the soul energy and data. With this the mind can perform psionics with greater intent and power. They can also remote view parallel lives as well as that of higher and lower dimensions, given they learn the dimensional requirements to enter each one.
The truth of reality is that we have been made to associate all that our bodies experience as the full and honest Truth. This is materialism. We must break out of this mindset and explore our soul by interfacing with it using our mind. Through the exploration of our soul, its abilities and all the information it contains, we can then be even more ready to learn even Higher Truths!
Let me know if this guide resonates with you. If not, then how do you think I should tweak my explanation to fit what you believe to be the truth? I am open to any and all interpretations.
Pinned. Good work.
Thank you for organizing your thoughts so clearly in writing. It was a concept I had only vaguely and unconsciously sensed until now 👍
I like your description, particularly the importance of the void state and strengthening the connection/identification with one's higher self/"real-me." I have a couple theories to help clarify your description, which I think you did a fantastic job of highlighting the importance of awareness and learning to navigate through our vessels. It was revealed to me today that in our vessels, we utilize our vessel's ego/conscious mind to interface with the physical. So it would appear like the vessel represents the hardware, and our consciousness is the software. There is capacity to upgrade hardware, but the software is the most crucial part.
And without awareness (which can be achieved through the void-state) we are slaves to our vessel instead of masters. To use a psychology analogy, we need to be the bus-drivers, not the passengers.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom and perspective!
Well said! I've found exploring the Trinity relationships produces much benefit.
I would also like to add for other's: I urge you All to explore the connection between Mind-Body and Soul-Body.
Higher Mind-Body connection can be developed through any conscious use of the Body. In most individuals, Mind-Body connection will be the most developed connection due to being 'unawakened.'
We can see great examples of higher Mind-Body connections in athletes, allowing them to produce incredible feats of strength, speed, flexibility, etc. One doesn't have to pursue athleticism to develop the Mind-Body connection, as it can be done through yoga, walking, running, swimming, etc. Visualizations also help a lot in creating higher degrees of Mind-Body; try to scan your body with your mind. Take conscious notes of your center of balance, the distance between where your hips are and where your feet meet the ground, the distance between your hips, lower back, and shoulders. Scan your body composition, the shape of it, muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, etc.
As for Soul-Body connection, one would develop it via unconscious use of the body. When one accesses a flow/trance state I believe is when one is accessing a seamless Soul-Body connection; thoughts slow down, as does time in this state. There is no input from the mind, it is just unconscious action and movement. To develop this, dancing with your eyes closed can help to create a trance state; yoga with a blindfold, or doing things you like that you may often achieve a flow state in, such as sports, writing, drawing, singing, etc!
