There are an infinite number of 'events' (points in time) all happening in the past/present/future simultaneously. These events create an incomprehensible amount of data. Fortunately, all this data is recorded/stored to be picked over at the desire of the viewer.
There is nothing stopping you from being the viewer .... even the director eventually!
Any 'event' can be slowed down, sped up or even frozen in time (as mentioned by Prudence when Alaric showed him a run through of a Universe from beginning to end).
How Do We Do It?
Before we get to viewing things on a grand scale, (macro), lets go smaller, (micro). Select a photograph on your phone/desktop or hard copy if you are old enough to remember printed media, like me! Preferably a picture you are familiar with to start. Im going to talk you through MY picture for demonstration purposes but adapt to your own images.
Look at the image. Its flat/2D. Sit still. Relax. Focus on the scene. It helps to be in a meditative state.
My picture is a friend sat across the table facing the camera. There's a bar in the background. Another friend is over his shoulder and appears to be walking towards the table with drinks in hand. This is the flat image. Its scope is limited to what is captured in the photograph.
Now focus, and step into the scene of your image. Im stood behind the man (a 3rd friend) who was taking the picture on his phone. I can see him holding his phone up. The scene appears 3d now, but still/frozen. I can see off to the right side of the bar, set back is a pool table with a small crowd around it. There's bathroom doors off to the right and the entrance/exit is on the wall on the left. I can turn around 180 degrees and there are booths against the back wall. The still image is silent. I can walk around the scene. Look at things. Pick things up and place them down. Zoom in/out.
I decide to hit 'play' and at whatever speed I allow, the scene plays forward, with sound. I see 'myself' walk out of the bathroom. My 3 friends are now sat around the table drinks in hand. The scene can also be rewound or even viewed through another characters perspective.
Now. The wonder will be, but you already know the bar? Or were at the scene which is partially true. This image and that moment/event in time, the peoples positions etc however, were taken from a picture when I was not present.
Try this for yourself. Practice. Use familiar images to start with and get used to the 'feeling' of viewing and exploring scenes. Eventually as you become more familiar with the process you can start exploring scenes that are not so familiar to you. This is where the fun begins. Down the line who is to say you even require an image prompt ... you may have become a fully fledged remote viewer. Now wouldn't that be cool?

Well said my friend. It did not even cross my mind to add a warning as I have personally never attempted miss use myself and kept this post to entry level. Very sensible advice there, thank you 🫡 KR
