Hello all,
To get straight to the point regarding Damien's statements here: E, Damien, and JR Prudence Meet "The Others" Extraterrestrials & The Interdimensional NHI Prisoner
Marijuana, cannabis, THC, weed etc., are completely fine in moderation. One can use these to get inspired, do art, relax, meditate, and enhance psychic and telepathic abilities. Mushrooms, DMT, LSD etc., can be great windows into higher truths and unlock greater consciousness. Taking a drink with your friends and family to celebrate a new job? Enjoy yourself.
None of this is the issue.
The problem is ADDICTION to the point that you cannot function unless you have a fix 24/7. Drinking twenty cups of coffee that your nerves are shot and you're wired, slamming Xanax down your throat to the point your stomach needs to be pumped, wilding out on ecstasy; clubbing every single night, being excessively paranoid because of meth addiction, being so high off cocaine and heroin that you have no idea how to live normally without it, getting so drunk that you do things you wake up to regret the next morning, abusing flakka and digging your eyeballs out - all of these? Yes, these are seriously going to mess up whatever message you're receiving. Be it from ETs or regular people alike.
The consciousness degenerates when you abuse your body.
Let's take another example. Sex. Sex is VERY good. There are tremendous mental, emotional, and physical health benefits - even healthy engagement with one's kinks and consent. None of that is the issue. The problem arises when one escapes into sex to an excessive degree that they are hiding from the real mental and emotional traumas that are triggering the true issues. The (tool) is not the problem - be it drugs, be it sex, be it playing video games, listening to music, watching whatever media you wish.
The cycle is enabled when we latch on to any tool without wondering why something is happening. When we are able to confront why, then the tool loses its necessity on us, and we can enjoy them without being addicted. We can use them to benefit, especially tools like DMT, Mushrooms, ayahuasca, ibogaine, THC, caffeine, etc., which all have beneficial properties. It's the same one can say with intake of salt and sugar. Your body needs both. Too much of either, your functions get out of balance.
Yes, guys, a healthy mind and body is important to adequate contact.
Damien's words may be taken out of context but let me give you some perspective. They are working their butts off to bring us truth, disclosure, protect our world, establish contact with ALL of mankind (not just a few), clean up our mess and the mess of other ETs etc. Would you show up to your job so high and gone that you cannot even function? For them, this is their life's work. Not to mention, they have been betrayed by many, many, many contactees.
Things started good, then people fell away, drank themselves into a stupor and killed themselves. Some of the information being disclosed here is tough to swallow - hence a slow drip process. Understand how serious the situation is and do not take it personal. Nobody, including me, is asking any of you to be a perfect angel. That's impossible, and also unnecessary.
We (speaking on behalf of our friends from above and myself) are simply asking you to take care of yourself.
That's all.
Find your own moderation and balance so that the messages of disclosure you're receiving here aren't taken out of context due to self-abuse and instability.
Sending much love to all who read this message and have a great weekend.
Thank you for saying this prudence. Even with a mind as clear as you have and your desire to best translate what you receive, I can still see how the messages can be misinterpreted. I see the importance of having a sound and clear mind and body. Sometimes it can be hard to hear these things. Because we can think ourselves not good enough and hurt ourselves even more. I wish you all the best in your journeys. I hope we can find the strength within ourselves to overcome what we may be dealing with.
Well, this "trigger" certainly made us feel closer to each other. We are more similar than different ❤️🤗💫 Thank you Prudence and Damien!
We are survivors, no need to feel bad about it, and now we're becoming agents of change. Weed got us here, love (and harmonic action) will get us there.
Weed and psychedelics saved my family and myself, I'm forever grateful for the medicine plants and I really hope that they will become legal so people can really heal. We all know trauma!
Yes, I agree that we should hang up the phone once the message is received. But not a second earlier, healing is mandatory.
I have no doubts that Damien and everyone else love us dearly. We needed us to surface this topic for us. So grateful 🙏
I love you all ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for clarifying, JR. All good stuff here. (I definitely had been doing some overthinking about that post too.) Plus this was one where it definitely paid to read the comments! Loved everyone’s thoughts and additional insight here. 💚
Thanks for the explanation, but I also see where Damien is coming from. It seems the Greys expect impecability from whom they contact, and don’t seem to be willing to settle for less, which I don’t blame them for. As you said, they are doing a ton of work to help us. He mentioned other collectives had different criteria, so maybe there is a place for a wider swath of personalities, just not working directly with the Greys?
I can be hard on myself at times, so this was surely timely and to be taken particularly seriously.
Thank you for this additional, complementary wisdom in reference to the prior posts.
Infinite Love and Blessings to all~ 🙏♥️
Needed to read this, thank you!
Thank you for the clarification, and all of the work you do to bring us this information. I feel lucky to have found your communication.
Alcoholism isn't the problem , fix your other problems . Then you can enjoy alcoholic drinks in peace. Twist is that alcohol doesn't help you fix problems. This is how I did it , its great. Love to you all :)
Well and truthfully explained JR, nicely done.(even though "explaining him" makes Damien grumpy(er)
This para really hit home for me:
"Damien's words may be taken out of context but let me give you some perspective. They are working their butts off to bring us truth, disclosure, protect our world, establish contact with ALL of mankind (not just a few), clean up our mess and the mess of other ETs etc. Would you show up to your job so high and gone that you cannot even function? With a daily inbox like that I'd be a tad on edge too. I know he has unbelievable resources and assistance, but we need to cut this fellow a universe worth of slack. We wouldn't be here without his love and affection for us. I'll take him pissed off, blunt, stepping on toes and downright angry. Gone is how I really DON'T want to see Damien.
Love and bear hugs

As someone who works in emergency medical care, I did laugh at the use of the word "junkie" because it's such a slang term. However, I suspect no disrespect was meant by its use. I have seen first hand what genuine addiction can do to people of all walks of life and those who get out of it have my upmost admiration. I'm thankful for this clarification as I'm sure it will ease a lot of people's worries.
Kind Regards
Thanks for the clarification. Although I'm currently on a tolerance break/REM rebound for a month (which I do yearly at this time), I normally smoke roughly 0.5 grams of weed per day or 1 joint on average, I might smoke more if I'm really on edge but those are rare days. I'd smoke throughout the day (couple of puffs every 3-4 hours). It helps me take the edge off my ADHD nervous system, and it brings much spiritual clarity and also allows me to see myself beyond my ego a lot better. I'd say I even owe my spiritual awakening to it because I become hyper philosophical under weed, which pushed me to think of the bigger picture. I also do psychedelics (mushrooms) once a year as a ritual, and there's normally a whole month of planning and intention setting I put into it before I do it.
I assume Damien did mean the ones who are hyper addicted on hard drugs that they can't function without it, but I was slightly scared I also fell into that category. My philosophy has always been that if the drug is from nature (weed/mushrooms) are ok.
Now I just need to be less of a picky eater and eat healthier. (Also doesn't help that healthy food are stupid expensive compared to the less healthy alternatives which is absolutely BS).
Damien does come off as harsh, at times, however, I have come to understand his messages and some of the "tough love" ways it comes off, are precisely because this being is not devoid of emotions or caring.
This being loves and cares about humanity very much. Imagine what it must be like to make friends, and have them more or less self destruct, over and over again, despite your best intentions for them.
I certainly know that feeling very well. I haven't talked about it publicly yet, but my ex-partner in 2023 was very much this story, and that he was beginning to, in essence, "take me down with him." He was putting me in danger, and even if he had only been destroying himself, I could not bare emotionally anymore to watch him implode.
My contacts have informed me since, that they are extremely grateful that some of what I now understand to be their interventions worked, and I am still alive and here today, because I made the choice to persevere.
I have also been told a few times that there is no "judgement" of my current struggles with addiction and mental illness, I am capable of navigating it myself if I trust my intuition and start to get in tune with the power of LOVE more.
I understand JR and Damien's thoughts on this to be more like harm reduction, and gentle, unconditional guidance to get better. Damien is a bit curmudgeonly at times, however, its a balance between allowing our freewill, and getting the point across that those above do not appreciate seeing us destroy ourselves, because it hurts them, too.
Some very powerful words there.
I'll add some of my own to that. In my personal experiences I used to take very bad care of my body. Not eating well, sleeping only 2-3 hours a night at most and running on caffeine. Eventually my body went into a burnout state because it was protesting. In that point in time I was very easily upset and triggered and I was constantly trying to defend myself in conflicts and even getting high off of them.
Those weren't the best of my days but I'm not ashamed of them, they taught me what I need and how I can do better.
Weed is not particularly bad especially. There's worse than that, you just will have a more successful life if you limit yourself to using anything that is suppressing your awareness.
