Hello Friends,
Thanks to SpaceRat last Sunday we had a good amount of people stop by. It's nice seeing people come through even if it's just to say they'll also be meditating on the same day. If we continue this it will be nice to see our progress individually and as a collective. Hopefully more people are inspired to join as well.
Moving forward I'd like to try having a little bit more structure. We can see how that goes and adjust from there.
The MAIN goal is getting WELL acquainted with our spirit/realme and developing them. Although working toward more global goals is great, our effectiveness will be greater if we ourselves are more developed. Though saying that, the initial plan is for the last Sunday of each month our intention will be a "bigger" intention.

Now getting to it! This intention is somewhat putting the cart before the horse BUT we all know by now that we need to develop defenses.
Make your intention for BOTH yourself and WE as a collective to develop shielding against parasitic forces and forces that lead us astray from truth and love.
You can use Tempest's guide and the link he has there as a baseline. OR do your own thing
SEND YOUR INTENTION TO THE SHIELD "May this block parasitic forces and those that would lead me astray from Truth and Light". or something along those lines
Aside from that I recommend the second half of your meditation you should intend for your shield to stay up, LET GO OF EVERYTHING and stay with BEING-FEELING. AKA void meditation. Next week will focus on developing this.

If you don't think you can do the whole hour try to make Sundays the day you put in more effort and extend your usual duration to whatever you think is doable.

I couldn't make it at 8pm UTC as I was taking a workshop this weekend but I did meditate earlier and I had a huge breakthrough for me. I finally got to the Focus 10 sleep paralysis that is part of the Gateway Tapes. I wasn't even listening to the Tapes, I was just doing some of the binaural beats that Prudence recommended.
I was recently feeling frustrated that I couldn't get to anything other than a relaxed state while doing the Gateway tapes, which is different than what is described as Focus 10. But today I absolutely got there and wow it was so cool. My mind was wide awake but my body was like vibrating and still. I've never felt anything like it before.
The thing I did differently this meditation was that I hummed/omed a lot, for like 30 minutes. So it could've been that, or our collective energy, or just practice. Or all three!

Great sync track! Just finished my afternoon session—lots of positive energy flow. Also a feeling of pressure —kind of that feeling of an itch or sneeze or twitch or shiver getting closer, but not quite releasing. It was a positive feeling, too, like a release of some sort was coming. Looking forward to contemplating on this more actively.

Reminder about tomorrow or today already for some of you!
I'll be hopping in/out/nowhere in 6 hours(8am utc), then 8pm, and for you stragglers or Hawaiians 8am again(10pm hst). 1hr sessions. Meditate anytime for however long.
The suggested track is quite nice. No guidance, no new age jamming or a rollercoaster of binaural beats. Just chill spacey flow and a tad of non-intrusive short melodic lines.
Remember you can always do whatever you want. Just as long as you throw some of those good vibes over toward the group 😁
Comment your experience or just that you joined. Anything will help the communal vibes.

These are my personal notes, take what resonates, and leave what doesnt; definitely should be stressed for the protective aspects that group sync meditation shouldn't be your only time developing these. The more you practice this type of "defense" with Attention, the sooner it becomes one with INtention, and these steps are largely able to be 'bypassed' (moreso streamlined into your being.) I'd just like to maybe add, for those that feel adept at this step (ITS ALWAYS GOOD TO STILL PRACTICE THIS), if they wish, to add; - Connecting with others that share in the company of intention of discovery, community and expansion, with those that have no knowing or unknowing ill intent or that of harm. This shouldn't be confused as something to focus on during the meditation, set your intent before going into the deeper meditative state. The goal isn't to be completely devoid either, so if you find yourself thinking and engaging, don't fret or feel too down. You're clearing your mind so that other things may spring forth from it, and sometimes getting hung up on a thought means you should observe that thought, dissect it, find it's roots, what it's branched to, and the parts that can be let go of it as well as that that may be cherished from it. (IE, if you don't get in full void meditative state your first time, or even your 112th time, chin up! you're still doing the work!) also, KNOW THYSELF if you feel comfortable with an aspect of something, but not another, there is no one way to do things, participate in a way that feels comfortable to you. I am VERY excited for these, and also hope to see some smaller co-ordinated meditations on subjects pop up if these vibe with the group!!! Thanks for making this weeks post!
