It's that time of week. No optionals or even a sync track this time. It's uuuhhh a representation of void space or something.
I'll be meditating a couple/few times and sending good vibes of course, maybe you can catch some.
Next week I really want to do an optional suggestion hopefully it helps at least one person out.

I had a really hard time meditating today, but I have a feeling tomorrow will be better for it for me. Sometimes, it just be like that. Thank you for setting this up! I really appreciate your good vibes! ᘛ⁐̤ᕐᐷ☆♡
Did about 25 minutes. Did a "void meditation" that had a lot of views on youtube and involved reality shifting as part of it.
I'll be honest, found it a bit distracting. It did help me to relax, let go, reach some void state and accept the manifestation of new possibilities. Next time, I think I will take some techniques I liked from the guided meditation (like counting to a certain number and gradually visualizing "sinking" or "transitioning") and just use binaural beats.
I think guided void meditation may be great for people just starting, but when my head was already full of worries, I could have used being totally detached from human voice and such. Also needed more binaural beats.

I did get a visual of making space to manifest my reality, was able to calm down and breath less manually as I let go of fear, and saw/sensed things like the dimensional "cell wall" barriers.
Something about the call for my soulmate working too, another light shining with me as I was dissolving into just being light myself. Who knows.
Good session, although a bit less voidy than I'd hoped. It was an overwhelming week and I'm still processing, so lots of intruding, but related thoughts.
