Meditate! Today!
I've been lagging on the optional suggestion but I think I'm going to end up making a guide outside of these threads.
It'll be something like a 4-parter, about aligning, harmonizing Soul-Mind-Body.
Half-assed optional:
For now, if you have a meditation practice that focuses on body that you've been neglecting, maybe try bringing that back for a day. Sometimes when we move on from these practices we don't even notice a problem that might have crept up on us that is keeping us from having a smoother ride to align with realme/all-self. So unless you've got nearly guaranteed easy access to FULL void/realme, full dropping and not just dimming of thoughts and "false"self, then give some sort of body meditation a shot. Then when you go back to your other practice, you may find it going more smoothly.
No one has synced up with my time so I'll stop with the sync time. If someone wants to sync up with me they can let me know and we can set that up.

Guess what! I taught myself how to meditate yesterday!!! I can do it now! Every time I want! I finally understand it now. That's all :D get ready for a bunch of progress from me, I have only just been getting started!
