Making a thread for this new-ish podcast, in case there are those out there who haven't come across this yet and need to hear it. It's no coincidence that this came out in the past couple months...
"In a world that often dismisses the extraordinary as mere fantasy, The Telepathy Tapes dares to explore the profound abilities of non-speakers with autism—individuals who have long been misunderstood and underestimated. These silent communicators possess gifts that defy conventional understanding, from telepathy to otherworldly perceptions, challenging the limits of what we believe to be real. For years, their parents and teachers have quietly witnessed these remarkable abilities, knowing that the time to share their truth would eventually come. But now, as the evidence mounts, the time has come to reveal what has been hidden in plain sight."
Thanks for the reminder I'm going to look at these today
I'm willing to believe that there is truth behind the phenomenon here! However, some of the preview footage on their website (https://thetelepathytapes.com/telepathy-tests-library) show some experiment setups in which the person with telepathic ability and the questioner are in close proximity. This seems different from what they mention in the tape, where the parent and child are in different rooms. I've only listened to the first episode, but I think some folks may be put off / confused by that apparent discrepancy.
It's a good one for sure. Some of the later episodes were pretty emotionally intense.
Moved to a more appropriate category. Thank you for sharing. I do love this podcast!
