Is anyone familiar with this theory by Seth Peribsen (pseudonym) that there are not-so-good fungus amongus? I dont subscribe to the idea that this fungus is some kind of spiritual evil sent to destroy mankind. But it's certainly possible that we have shadow biomes all around us, some multi-dimensional, some merely physically unseen, some of which might have co-evolved to be parasitic in ways we don't understand yet.
I've been trying the NAC protocol for a few weeks and it does seem to be helping me with some life-long chronic fatigue, but this could be due to any number of other factors, including spiritual growth, so I'm not saying it's a miracle cure for anything.
Just curious what others think.
EDIT: wanted to make it clear that I don't endorse Peribsen's somewhat paranoid views on this theorized fungus, I just think the concept of a conscious fungal entity that lives within us in some way is an interesting one, especially if it has unexplored connections to some diseases (cancers) or hormone issues. Could lead to new health breakthroughs or healing modalities. Nature is fascinating! Also not suggesting anyone attempt the NAC protocol - always use your discernment! <3
I had a vision of spreading "entropy" as a kid that looked similar as slime mold spreading. I have a theory that so many cultures origin stories involve wandering the desert, because the hot dry will kill fungus... i have been drawn myself to go to the desert lately. I agree with V, that its hard to call any thing evil. Espescially when we are still blind to true reality in this realm. If any thing I'm starting to think our entire "heads" are parasites, and our true form only needs solar plexus to function. Lol idk. Love is all
Anything can be "evil" in the wrong hands/mind, including Fungus. Nothing like that can really harm you if you are practicing spiritual protection, and begin to operate under your own power, though.
Fungus in particular is an interesting being, and one I consider to be much like biological telephone lines. It is how plant life can commune with one another. Its mechanisms are a reflection of a lot of how the GCS communicates with moving, living parts. I would be very cautious of someone trying to paint this, or really any part of nature, as an "ultimate spiritual evil." That's silly. That's like saying igneous rocks are the ultimate evil compared to sedimentary, or something.
Consider fungus we may describe as "bad" in our human understanding. Mushrooms that are deadly to us, or fungus that rots away dead things. These too, have their place, and should be respected.
If something works for you, that's excellent, however, avoid the dualistic notion that parts of the natural world will actively work to destroy you, spiritually or otherwise. The delusion you could create within yourself regarding that is likely more harmful than whatever is claimed about the outside influence that is "evil."
