Expansion and Compression

In Federico Faggin's recent interview, towards the end (1:09:05, link) he mentions how people describing their near death experiences say they had a feeling of "expansion". Is this feeling of expansion from the spirit/realme leaving the human vessel it had been in? Does this happen instantaneously, and does it happen "into" another dimension?

On the flip side: E (and maybe others) mention compression. Is the foil to the above expansion when a spirit/realme is compressed into a human container? Is there another distinct process of compression of the soul field into a spirit?

Thank you Pattern, Space Rat, and Lucien for this inspiring conversation. I appreciate rwading the concise and detailed questions and comments/answers. I watched the Faggin video 1x and want to again and read the doc posted. All I really know is anecdotal and subject to personal bias. The way Faggin describes the "stream of love from his chest" is pretty much how I would describe my experience 2 years ago. As to compression / expansion upon death, my "dream" experience dieing in a plane crash recently could be described as bright flash/ fast movement/ maybe compression? Followed by dark serenity, "next level peace/nirvanna?" That still had a sense of movement and deffinatly warmth.

It depends how fast you die and how much your spirit is ready to transition, I'm a bit confused about your next question, if you mean that the spirit goes into another dimension then ...well yes, it has always been in another "dimension" or frequency to begin with, it's usually close to this one though for the remainder of the incarnation so to sustain it. "Is the foil to the above expansion when a spirit/realme is compressed into a human container?" Yes. " Is there another distinct process of compression of the soul field into a spirit?" A clarification of what you're looking for is needed because there are too many possible interpretations and examples of distinct processes of compression of the soul field into a spirit. 💙🖤💙LS

Thanks for the responses! Good call, my "does it happen 'into' another dimension" wasn't well thought out, and I realize now that the spirit was in a different "place" than the avatar the whole time.

I am intrigued by what you then go on to say:

Do you think there is actually "movement" of the spirit around in the soul field? What would it even be getting closer to? I guess the specific simulated universe of the avatar it is being compressed into. I wonder at what time that happens (conception, during gestation, etc.)

Where did you learn about these other examples and processes? Is there another source beyond/before Prudence that had explored these concepts, or is it from your own intuition?

" I wonder at what time that happens (conception, during gestation, etc.)" Hmm, that is tricky one, I don't think its a standardardized thing, but the moment the spirit forms a relationship with the embryo it enganges alot of energetic and thus biologic dynamics. "Where did you learn about these other examples and processes? Is there another source beyond/before Prudence that had explored these concepts, or is it from your own intuition?" There are many other sources beyond/before Prudence, the truth shines through us all innit. Yes, observations, direct experience (I've been having and exploring these direct experiences for about 6 years) and also my own intuition. By being tapped into the soul field and beyond you get alot of intuitive data/explanations to things, my awareness and openess to this developed and grew with time. 💙🖤💙

Awesome!! Thank you for posting these PDFs; I was lowkey looking into the book, and like magic - here it is 😄

I wasn't aware of the shorter PDF (which appears to be from 2021) - good to have that one as well, as perhaps a shorter precursor to the book itself.
