On nuclear weapons

I've been thinking about the implications of the most recent messages from the Aligned regarding the need for humanity to disarm nuclear weapons and other WMDs.

The total output of all detonated human nuclear weapons in history (all 2000+ incidents, including Hiroshima/Nagasaki) pales in comparison to a second of the Sun's fusion activities, which amounts to a billion Hiroshimas going off every second.

I am curious why would the primitive human nuclear weapons be of concern to other advanced interdimensional beings? It was said that there was repercussions in timespace / timelines. Is it more to do with Earth's own timeline? That is, WMDs in general can wipe out a lot of avatars in a short amount of time, which make it super chaotic to predict / model for? So it's not about raw power per se, but the destabilizing nature of the weapons to the project (whereas the Sun is where it should be and easily accounted for?) But then, why was World War II an acceptable event to play out in Earth's history (and what about other global calamities in the past that befell Atlantis?)

Another way this can make sense is the other part of the message about advanced NHIs who are not part of the Aligned in this universe, and who look dimly on human's destructive nature. Maybe continued development and use of WMDs is a sign of sickness, the ultimate test. Per Harmony's post on free will, everything has been agreed on to play out in a certain manner. If so, then perhaps Earth's collective role in the bigger "stage" is that of a sick collective that is trying to redeem itself, and the other universe-local races are playing the role of watcher/guardian who may or may not need to step in to protect the spread of violence beyond physical earth? I have no idea. xD
