Yep. It's a shapeshifting UFO, further adding to Damien's words concerning "metamorphic" technology.
These UFO types are still active, and I have seen it three times where we live after engaging in CE5 so far, perhaps with more encounters along the way. These are extremely difficult to film, unlike the others if you haven't figured it out by now.
