·         P: As per usual, we have already been having correspondence before the transcripts begin. By your request and guidance, I remote viewed into the meeting session. I’ve been processing the recent information, but as you told me, we are pressed for time, and I can do that later. Shall I begin by describing the remote view? And will you stick around to help me transcribe properly? I know you’re very busy.

·         D: E will. It is why she is here. I am pressed for time.

·         P: That means you authorize us (me and E) to edit your words if necessary?

·         D: Yes. E has the necessary data to keep it strictly my words and not yours or anyone else’s.

·         P: OK. Hi, E, as well.

·         E: Hello (sweet one), let’s begin.

·         P: (Figuratively “rolls up sleeves” for work) Alright, let’s get to it. We all knew this meeting was coming. The meeting with the others. Slowly, but surely, you’ve been preparing us for this event…

·         D: You must speak on the parameters for this contact. Reiterate it again because there are new members who come to your website who do not read the old posts/material and skip/gloss over many details I of the we painstakingly go to (extraordinary) lengths to impart.

·         P: Fair enough, is that in relation to…

·         D: I/we shall take it due to the time limitations. We, namely, our grey/3-3-3 collective will be very clear regarding contact. This is not channeling we are doing with Prudence. This is direct telepathic contact with the face-to-face contact and physical contact with our technologies. Once more, we repeat: this is not channeling. It is telepathic contact. What is the difference between channeling and telepathic contact? Channeling allows the person to be (hijacked) by the (operator) (casting itself) into the (being). We have done this with Prudence before, but Prudence both has a strong mental block against outside forces (due to self-autonomy) and we also find no need to (hijack) his (container/vessel) because he can directly interface with us through telepathic commune. Telepathic contact in this form is an exchange of information, akin/similar to a phone call. We can speak as ourselves without overriding Prudence. Channelers can become overwhelmed by these processes, especially if they are on drugs. It matters not if the drug has potential benefits such as marijuana with telepathy, DMT, LSD, and psilocybin mushrooms (aka magic mushrooms) with (altered states of higher consciousness). We have Prudence on a strict clean and sober, well-rested [lifestyle]; of sound mind and physicality before attempting ANY contact with us. As a rule, we DO NOT contact ([drug addicts])… [Edit/Prudence Note: To be clear, Damien doesn't mean that a person can never take a smoke or a drink, or even use mushrooms, DMT, LSD etc., he is referring to the lifestyle of constant abuse that prevents one from being able to function on a daily. DMT, Mushrooms, LSD, cannabis etc., can be eye-opening tools if used in moderation and good measure.]

·         D: I warned you before that you must stop over-explaining for me or others. Let the audience decide for themselves about my/we (and the others) statements on their own merit. Those who are (serious) about disclosure and truth will recognize my intentions and see truth past mental and emotional anguish, including psychological (deficiencies).

·         P: By now I suppose people are used to your manner of speaking.

·         D: Again – we are pressed for time – so pay attention and stop interrupting. We are going to make it very clear once more that we deal with people with a CLEAN RECORD. While this does apply to some extent with the lack of criminal activity on one’s background, it also applies to one’s motives, intentions, emotional and mental stability, intellectual integrity, knowledge and education, along with openness to contact, openness to ideas, beliefs, philosophies, modes of operation etc. outside one’s established and accustomed practices. Thus, who we select as our contactees happens by no coincidence. At the same time as we have pointed out before – we can (and do) use anyone and everyone; simply at different stages. For those in direct telepathic commune to this level/degree of clarity – we go through arduous, tedious, meticulous processes of careful selection. Mental and emotional clarity are not optional for this level of contact. It is absolutely mandatory. Our other allies, as well as “the others” have different rules and parameters – also based upon the group, their initiatives and purpose/outcomes. For us specifically – namely, the greys, and namely the 3-3-3 greys – some of whom originate from Orion and Zeta Reticuli, along with worlds/places you’ve never heard of such as (???) that’s not in your records – which is where I of the we originate from – we are very, very, very strict about procedures. We test/sift the “sands”, and we do not immediately select a contactee for long-term and clear telepathic contact simply because they had a sighting or encounter with us. That includes up-close physical contact such as face-to-face. If their telepathy is underdeveloped; along with the potential compromise through egoism, sexual perversion, extreme depression, extreme rage and anger, absolutism, dogmatic (gobbling) [Note by Prudence: Damien means here that his team of greys do not deal with the spiritualist/mystical type at all], and lack of education, then we do not deal with these people for DIRECT TELEPATHIC CONTACT. Direct telepathic contact – be it face-to-face or through long-distance reach – is far more effective than simply seeing us up close or in a vision. We require telepaths of an expert and high degree – who usually bear military training and high education in various fields. The education is mandatory. Prudence is very well educated in various sciences including astronomy, physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, psychology, sociology, epistemology, logic, history, mathematics, along with art and creativity (by our partners/other seeders), media, propaganda education, counterintelligence, and many more fields BY OUR DESIGN. This is not to (look down on anyone) but to make you very aware once more that these processes are delicate because even a little bit of compromise can spiral into complete degeneracy of the person and our messages. Mental, emotional, physical wellbeing are absolutely mandatory for this degree of contact in order to preserve the message intact. Personality disorders are also unacceptable for us because once more, even if we establish contact, the messages can get (lost in translation.) This is not only the case for our team/collective – but for many other ETs/NHI who struggle with their contacts below and end up getting very frustrated, especially if their contacts refuse to give up parts of their ground lives that are damaging them and sullying the message. Additionally, while empaths are welcomed – as Prudence highlighted in (yesterday; according to your spacetime)’s message, they can easily be tricked and fooled by disinformation intelligence and their shills. It’s therefore paramount that anyone who wishes full-time contact with us as a (job/work) must understand that we cannot trust those who are only empathic with no degree of psionic defense and countermeasures against infiltrators. Infiltrators especially know how to prey on empaths and sympathetic people who (welcome everyone) …

·         P: Not to interject but I believe we can clear up some misunderstandings and misconceptions here because when people hear about “All is One” they might mistake welcoming abusers and evil ones with open arms.

·         D: A fair interruption. That is understandable. Everyone/everything being one is still (stretched) across (grand-spacetime) and every individuum distinction exists for a reason – otherwise it would all be one amalgamated energy (form) that needs no distinction. Distinctions exist for a reason. Every fractal expression of the ALL is not at the same level, intent, energy compression, matter formation, nor understanding/comprehension, consciousness, and soul/realme-potency. The ALL-GCS (allows) this because it is (learning) through (all its vessels) – including the bad ones. The bad ones exist as (literal walking lessons) of what (not to do). Remember, your world/daily life is in a much lower dimension compared to the ALL-ONENESS of the GCS that exists in a much higher dimension of GRAND SPACETIME. Thus, like (clumps that haven’t been dissolved in the liquid), they are not yet fully “one” so much as they are connected by a link as “one by extension.” That is why we had Prudence share the necessary information so that once more, (you) empaths, sympathetic ones, good-hearted positivists, etc. do not fall for traps of falling into another cult, falling into the hands of abusers, and to also make this power known/available to you in your personal lives – whether it is through dealing with family issues, abusive friends or (loved ones), etc. The point is that ALL are ONE, but that is not a reason to be foolish and, say, go out and allow a (lion) to (pounce) at you and (eat you.)

·         P: That’s an interesting example. Lions don’t attack like that – but I get the point.

·         D: You get the point. You go into nature and a bee can sting you, even though it is not intentionally trying to do so. You go into nature and a snake can bite you, even though it is not intentionally trying to create evil. Evil is ignorance and just because someone is ignorant does not mean you must (suffer their follies) or become subordinate to their evil. It is paramount that one MUST stand up to them and bring them to justice. Be it through reporting to authorities, blocking, cutting the cord, standing up for yourself and others, developing the necessary self-love/strength etc. Good cannot come through weakness.

·         P: To be specific, he means “weakness” in the sense of allowing yourself to be broken and damaged because you wish to be nice and accepting.

·         D: I told you…

·         P: D, IT WAS necessary.

·         D: Fine. Yes. That is my meaning. Use this quote here… from Nietzsche (“What is good? - All that heightens the feelings of power, the will to power, power itself in man. What is bad? - All that proceeds from weakness. What is happiness? - The feeling that power increases - that a resistance is overcome.”)

·         P: To build a further bridge of understanding for the audience – what Damien means here is that goodness, love, peace, harmony, greatness, joy, etc., does require a self-power. Picture it like a beautiful garden. It looks lovely, right? Well, guess what? Weeds can grow and make that beautiful garden into a shammy mess. So, you have to go out and pluck the weeds out. You have to stop invading insects from destroying your plants – because frankly, they know no better. Some of them may even have to die since, well, you can’t “arrest” invading bugs. It'd be nice to chase them off, but the bugs don’t know any better, so what next? Do you allow your plants to die because you’re “too nice” to do anything?

·         D: A fantastic example. That is our point. Good requires a degree of strength, self-love, self-power, and determination. As we said earlier with contact, we require parties/members/people who can discern good from evil – which very much does exist. ALL IS ONE does not take away from the truth that there are multiple dimensions, and all dimensions aren’t on the same level/frequency. Your civilization may have somewhat developed where churches aren’t murdering people for their differences of belief [in most major developed areas] – yet they did so some barely hundreds of years ago. Your primitive mankind still does, however, in different ways – and not strictly limited to the church. Where is the other quote you love so much?

·         P: Ah, this one from Einstein (“The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.”)

·         D: Yes, thank you. This is very relevant. It’s easy now to look back at those events [in World War II] and wonder – how did such fascism form? How could such horrors like the holocaust happen? Truth be told, many of the people were too docile to do anything about it. Even today, many still allow great evils to happen, shut up, and do nothing – simply because they do not wish to offend or hold to an unnatural, damaging, self-sabotaging version of “All is One.” Again, there are various dimensions and that includes dimensions of consciousness and spirit/realme. Not all (spirits) are on the same level. The good part is that while many of these (bad ones) are nothing more than examples, death is not the end. As thoroughly pointed out, we are all immortal in true being/essence/spirit/realme or whatever term you wish to use – it’s irrelevant. The bottom line here is that you MUST be able to take a stand against evil. There IS evil in your world (and in outer space; namely, in lower dimensions) and to assume the opposite because of absolutist notions is wrong. Once more, this also shows how damaged your mankind is from dualistic absolutist (ping-ponging; pendulum) thinking. They hear that “All is One” and they move to the other extreme to welcome everyone with open arms. That is not only dangerous and misleading, it is also open to potential compromise. To be clear – we do not ask of you to hate anyone nor to necessarily always use fire against fire. What we wish to make clear is that you must listen to your intuition/gut/psychic feeling about things and PAY ATTENTION. Move past the surface words; the smiles; the ulterior aims dressed as friendship to know TRUTH. The true “war” we are dealing with is deception. Above nuclear weapons, it is deception and misinformation. Deception, much like propaganda, does not work strictly with an outright lie. That’s why most religious, cults, teachings, theosophy etc., works so well because they are able to inject a certain degree of truth to (satisfy your urges/needs) while inserting their agenda/aims. That’s how insidious mind-enslaving half-truths creep into your subconscious and make your subservient, confused, indifferent, and unable to act when the time comes to stand up for what is right.

·         P: Exhaustive explanations. It should suffice. Shall we move on?

·         D: Yes, go on with the remote view.

·         P: I was able to remote view with you where you guided me into a series of rooms. It appeared to be some sort of station orbiting the earth, shielded/camouflaged in another light spectrum. The ship/vessel was absolutely huge. We were able to “walk” through walls and “ceilings” as if we simply phased through them. You were really getting me to focus – so I did (as usual with the 3-3-3 signature). Anyway, you led me into what looked like some sort of interrogation room. There, we met one of the interdimensional prisoners you brought to justice. I had no idea what (he/it?) was saying because his speech/telepathy made no sense to me. I’ve never been exposed to that wavelength. So, E, do you mind helping me translate the remote view data?

·         E: Certainly, ready your mind…

·         (translating)

·         Prisoner: What are you? Why are you here? You (looks at Damien and the greys in the room) brought (him/it; [as in, me, Prudence]) here? Why?

·         D: To begin soft disclosure of the reality of your existence so that the humans below may be aware of the truth.

·         Prisoner: (Chuckles? Idk how to translate this – perhaps “Scoffed” is better) It will not matter. You can’t hold me here forever.

·         D: We did not plan to. Only long enough for the (humans of earth) to know the truth. You will be returned to your (original spacetime dimension) and you will be (stripped of soul field force) to be returned to a (lower form of existence).

·         Prisoner: We only wanted to survive.

·         D: At the cost of infiltrating and ruining our (experiment/simulation)?

·         Prisoner: Leave us/me alone. Return us.

·         P: There’s more to translate but I seriously do not understand (its) language/telepathic frequencies. After we met with the interdimensional prisoner, we then proceeded to meet with “the others” on another ship. Once more, we “phased” or walked through the “prisoner ship” onto another ship in orbit. There, through the remote view, I was able to see a council meeting where an emissary for “the others” were present. Again, they were babbling in a telepathic language that was very difficult for me to comprehend. It did not sound outright hostile but “spiky” with jagged speech. E, help me translate please.

·         (translating)

·         ???: You have brought the (human) here – the one known as Prudence, whose real name is … that we have been observing for some time.

·         Mantid council member: Begin the negotiations by speaking the truth.

·         D: We are here for a short time to only give the relevant information for soft disclosure. We will honor our side of the agreement by blanking out the other telepathic correspondence and keeping the rest of information confidential for Prudence.

·         ???: (A fair agreement/deal/compromise/understanding) – then the first assumption/question arises in regards to the “prison planet” theory. What must be known is that we do not consider our actions imprisoning humanity. From our point of view, we are protecting humanity in our own way.

·         Unknown council member species: Some may disagree, which is why we are here.

·         ???: By all accounts, if we wished to destroy mankind, we would have done so a very long time ago.

·         P: Are you...

·         P: Anunnaki?

·         ???: We helped foster mankind; we deserve our own share. Furthermore, we…

·         ???: …have been here since time yonder. Mankind is still a very primitive, barbaric species. They do not deserve to go into space where they can destroy others should they be exposed to the (full height) of our technological apparatuses and potentials. We do what we do for mankind’s protection.

·         D: In your own way.

·         ???: (Damien) do you agree mankind should see our presence immediately?

·         D: No.

·         ???: Then you share (similar dispositions)?

·         D: Yes, but I do believe mankind can work toward growing up. (All of us) came from (being simulated) before we became (simulators).

·         ???: The damage mankind can create being (simulators) would be unspeakable. Look at how the (elites) deal with (your; [points at me, Prudence]) world. We (give them toys) and they attack each other. We give them (toys), and they attack us and other extraterrestrials. Do you believe we should (end the Matrix) right now when your mankind still is unprepared for higher truths?

·         D: That is why we are disclosing the truth slowly through channels like (Prudence). It will soft-prepare mankind for the eventuality.

·         ???: (You; [gazes at Damien]) know full well the truth what will happen. We did not sign the agreements with Eisenhower because we believe mankind must learn (through trials) to be worthy of interstellar travel.

·         D: You are also benefiting from the soul energy exchange. Let’s not forget to mention that.

·         D: Ethically.

·         ???: Our actions are not unethical because you disagree with them.

·         Ascended Prime council member: You must all come to an agreement. The (conduit is closing) and there will (???) once (???) – and this matter must be (rectified) for the next step in your evolutions.

·         P: Alright, guys, level with me here – the interdimensional invaders are messing things up for all sides, right? The others, the main helpers etc.?

·         P: Okay, and they aren’t a crazy threat as much as a pest and annoyance?

·         D: Yes.

·         E: Voracious annoyance.

·         P: Alright, then the next part I wish to ask for the audience as well as myself – what are these deals you guys keep talking about?

·         D: The “others” did not sign deals with your governments to protect your world, [they signed other deals with some of your elites for technology and information]. We did. [As in, the 3-3-3, signed deals to protect your world with government officials.]

·         P: Protect us from what? Interdimensional invaders?

·         D: Initially, no. We made those deals to assure that the “others” couldn’t sabotage your world as requested by the (interdimensional/intergalactic council) – but we did extend it to the interdimensional invaders eventually. There are other threats, however. Other (natural extraterrestrial) races who have developed spaceflight and traveled here. Not all (aliens/ETs/NHI) are at the same level of evolution and advancement. Some (barbaric) races who begin spaceflight may not always have good intentions for mankind.

·         P: Ohhhhh – so you were “suiting up” against these forces?

·         D: Correct. Most of them got the message and backed off. Few tried to infiltrate and failed miserably. Others tried to attack earth, and they were destroyed by us.

·         P: Does that have any relation to the secret war you are fighting in the North and South poles?

·         D: Slightly. Terrestrial governments, namely the US, tend to chase us quite often. They’ve involved themselves in the territorial dispute (between dimensions) and get tangled. We usually have to disable them.

·         P: What about ships/planes/fighters etc. that get too close to your (gigantic underwater UFO base)?

·         D: Destroyed with zero suffering.

·         P: People may need to understand more about that, so they don’t assume you are killing and giving reason for fearmongering chaotic agents of disclosure to wage war against you – as pointless as it seems.

·         D: We do not kill or murder anyone. We act only in self-defense and to preserve the simulation. The US can sometimes become very aggressive. They orchestrate attacks against us ever so often when they believe they’ve hit another technological milestone. For the most part with our (underwater bases/UFOs), which are multiple and not only one, we move the base away. The same with our flying saucers and other (UAP/UFOs) and monitoring devices. Our usual response is to move away, shift dimensions, camouflage, or disable their technologies from pursuing. If, however, they come full force with potential ECMs – really hunting for our technologies, then we destroy them – because we can easily reconstitute their (soul-forms/realmes) into new avatars. We give multiple warnings to back off before such events occur. They do not listen. They attack us with every weapon imaginable, even horrors worse than nukes. If these weapons strike us, it doesn’t harm us as much as it harms your world/environment. These militant aggressors therefore do not care about your world and environment. They are willing to risk destabilizing the planet to get to us. When it gets to this level, given the choice between letting them have their destructive (fits) and maintaining the simulation, we choose the latter. Therefore, once they’ve ignored all our warnings to back off, they are destroyed with zero suffering.

·         P: Not a trace left behind. Is it only the US that does this?

·         D: No, Russia and China, along with Israel and other nations have attacked us – but it usually isn’t of such force/strength/trying as hard as some US forces – who really wish to still enforce their world domination egoism. Entangled phenomena that the world’s ruling forces actually end up meeting us because we are the actual world ruling force. We have to sometimes put them in their place and remind them that there is a stupendous distance/difference between our capabilities. Even if mankind had 10,000 years – or perhaps even a million, they STILL would not be anywhere near our full potential. We have been operating here since the beginning of your time as mankind on earth. We know everything about your world and then some – more than terrestrial humanity does.

·         P: I believe that should be enough for today, as I must return to several other duties and clear out the Q & A backlog.

·         D: One more thing. We previously spoke of the infiltrators such as Oak and Lucian, but you should be aware, there are others. All of them do not come from Oak’s cult. There are various parties that are aware of your website/platform and all of them are not good. Disinformation shills will be pouring in the more popular this (blog) becomes. We’ve already identified at least 11 accounts that are potentially compromised. That is why we impart the statements that you all must be very aware and protected. This is not an engagement of paranoia. It is the flat truth that naivety does not fare well in intelligence operations.

·         P: I already saw that, but I don’t call people out directly because you guys know I really, really, really despise that. I’m trying to focus on the core information of the disclosure, not to be at war with anyone. I can care less about that.

·         D: Yet you should care about it because if you allow these “weeds” to ruin your “garden” then the efforts for this disclosure will be destroyed. Again, your community must be aware that video/voice is a direct link to telepathic gateways – not to mention, doxxing. (To the audience at JR Prudence) – be very cautious who you give your information to. Do not expose your face, your eyes, and your data to random strangers on the internet. Do not assume good will and intention until you thoroughly feel out parties and people. We do not speak on these matters to create fear and anxiety. On the contrary, we are preparing you all to be stronger, better human beings who are self-aware enough to understand higher truth. The assumption this knowledge and area comes without its challenges is false. There are many bad actors trying to ruin good things for various purposes. Take the Taygetan “aliens” and disclosure. What should be known about “Taygetans” is that it is a psy-op. Many of these platforms connected to such ideas are pure disinformation outlets, mostly operated by CIA insiders – who will even employ cult leaders and fascists to carry out their operations. Be aware.

·         D: That word. Yes. It’s why we have you, Prudence, so clear-minded and generally drug-free. It’s why we have you so strict about your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Proper health is mandatory for disclosure and the continued process of delivering the truth, unsullied. Whether your audience chooses to engage in such lifestyles is completely up to them. We are neither judging nor demanding anyone to do anything. We are simply stating facts. The more unstable one is, the more compromised they can become.
