As a consequence, I'm unable to maintain contact (during the transcription) between multiple parties. Thank you, Mantis, for remaining in connection with me so we can sort out some facts. There are a few things to cover, so I will make a quick list in case anything is forgotten.

1. The ranking order of ET and NHI groups.

2. Relations between different ET groups and races.

3. Other types of ETs and NHI outside the general federation protecting earth.

4. Goal of the main extraterrestrial federation overseeing earth. (Some hard truths)

• M: Make sure you... (senses that I am deeply disturbed and calms me/gets me back on track) post the (depictions/drawings) of your remote viewing. They are important.

• P: Am I allowed to transcribe why I am disturbed? It's the same (red flag danger waves) that are also coming from my tracking implant.

• P: Oh, (phew), thank you. Okay, I'd like to speak now about the egoist, liar, deceiver, and false contactee named Aleksandr Baryakh from Ukraine. This person spoke of being the “one and only” contactee of Lyrans and Arcturians and claimed to speak on their behalf. This was already a huge red flag for anyone paying attention; not to mention, he was boldly showing his face—a stupid move that makes one a direct conduit for telepathic subterfuge. There's a reason you don't see the real advanced telepaths. We don't show our faces or identities for a good reason. The moment someone comes out showing their face, claiming to be the one-and-only contactee OF ANYTHING, is your IMMEDIATE RED FLAG that they are seeking attention and have ulterior motives. Anyway, this same false guide and liar then asked for a vetting from highly developed telepaths such as myself, among others. During this person's original post on our forums, I was being...

• M: Nice. Too nice as you usually are.

• P: I know, I'm sorry. I know that “L” was testing me and never directly confirmed Aleksandr's claims. I was also 'testing the waters' as well.

• M: You feel the “danger” in your implant device right now?

• P: Yes, it's going off like never before. Why?

• M: Because you're more attuned to it. Remember this feeling. How does it feel?

• P: Dangerous, frightful, duplicitous, off-balance, and dare I say, even evil?

• M: Good. Remember it and stop ignoring it. We implanted it in you for a good reason to detect liars, bad actors, deceivers, disinformation outlets, and false information.

• P: I've always hated this feeling. It brings on a fight response.

• M: Intentional. It's supposed to make you uneasy. A direct sign that you know the person [or information] you're dealing with is deceiving you.

Anyway, so this person—who also takes drugs to contact you guys up above, by the way, which obviously distorts your true messages—couldn't come to terms with the fact that his “precious Lyrans and Arcturians” are, in fact, subcommanders in the ranking order among the general ET population and do, in fact, work with greys and other extraterrestrials. His obvious racism also extended to the fact that he couldn't accept reptilians to also be working with different races as well. Typical, as many are consumed by their own projective biases and contemporary consumption of current events, such as the extreme hatred toward Russia to the point that one believes Ukraine to be holier than thou even though killing is happening on both sides. Not to mention the fact that the extreme Neo-Nazi Azov regiment that is constantly hushed up for their Neo-Nazi connections and human crimes also engaged in rape and torture. According to right-wing radicalism researcher Vyacheslav Likhachev, Azov had many roots. The brigade was founded by the activists of Patriot of Ukraine, Automaidan, Social-National Assembly and other organisations active during the Euromaidan. Nationalism researcher Andreas Umland wrote that the Azov was created by "an obscure lunatic fringe group of racist activists" and has "a contradictory, if not paradoxical history of cooperation" between organizations involved in its creation – Social-National Assembly, Patriot of Ukraine, Misanthropic Division, Bratstvo, anti-Euromaidan and Russian neo-Nazi figures. Now, to be clear, this is neither a condoning of the war nor support of Russia's advance because I do not support war of any kind. The same applies to Israel and Gaza, where Israel has committed literal genocide, although Israeli lives were lost as well. I am not neutral; I'm simply out. My side is humanity. Killing is the act of losers. When you take a life, you take your own, no matter the cause. War is a direct failure as a sentient, developing species. Extraterrestrial beings who have mastered interdimensional travel are well-aware of these facts because if a true war were to start in the federation above, we're not talking simply cities, nations, or even planets being wiped out. We're speaking of galaxies and universes being completely destroyed. Nobody up above is prepared for that sort of outcome, so I'm truly sorry to once again bust the military industrial complex bubbles that many grow up with and intermix their beliefs with what real aliens are doing. The truth is real ETs in the federation above aren't stupid enough to create a full-on hot war because the sort of technology many sides have is unthinkable for earth humans. Can there be disagreements? Sure. Is every ET holding hands and singing songs of love? Absolutely not. Some can't stand each other, like your co-worker at work or dealing with your annoying manager—but they're not going to always plot to kill each other and start wars. Despite some inner political struggles, it's not the same on earth to the point of creating a hot war (which did happen in the past). Most disputes are either solved or hidden until they are dealt with. In some cases, there can be a “cold war” between certain groups, but even these disagreements are eventually solved.

• M: Continue with what you're being transmitted.

• P: Right. The next part has to do with the different groups and relationships. Time for some bubble busting, I suppose?

• M: Necessary. Your earthly mankind has engaged in the topic regarding us with far too much suspicion and belief biases. They have engaged in fantasy and starseed escapism for too long. We have slowly built the bridge from (where you were at) to bring you here now and where (you must go). To do so (ontological shock after the other), you must abandon your fixed absolute ideas and beliefs of who and what we are in order to truly discover and learn. Empty your cup, as you, Prudence, and others say. You cannot know about us by believing you know everything simply because you have studied UFO lore, nor can you assume that because of your earthly matters and politics, we operate the same. Much of your UFO and alien lore is distorted. Your human fantasies become jumbled up and mixed in them to the point that you distance yourselves from us and truth. Regardless [of] if you were to establish some form of contact, how can it be understood if you wish to understand us solely within your terms/beliefs/lens?

• P: I know. I've been doing this entire mission. Letting go entirely. I don't care what the truth is, so long as it is the truth. Bust my bubble a thousand or a million times over, for all I care. Alright, cutting to the point—many believe that their precious “starseed” groups are purists, unconnected nations in space. Time for some humbling truth. The reality is that this type of projection is very earth human. Earth humans are still very primitive and barbaric, still very much disposed to tribalism and groupism. As such, the notion of other beings operating outside said framework of thinking and being seems unthinkable and unrelatable, so many contactees, experiencers, and abductees would try to rationalize their experience with a limited earth-human framework of their consciousness. Even when one is to meet one or two members of X or Y group up close, they'd believe in purist dogma and tribalism, such as the case with “Nordics” being completely separate and even enemies of the greys—usually coming from a certain demographic that I won't disclose publicly. Now, before I continue, I want to clarify that there ARE ET and NHI parties who are NOT connected to the federation above. Some of them can look similar to the main groups, while others, radically different. There are countless numbers of species out there of all kinds. All of them aren't telepathic either. Usually, it's only the highly developed ones as interdimensional beings and travelers who are telepathic, instead of the newly-space-traveling ET types who haven't quite mastered these abilities nor interdimensional travel. And as I'll also add, there are also interdimensional travelers, not just the invaders, who may pop in here sporadically out of curiosity, then leave. They may or may not contact a person here or there, but they generally don't because any ET outside the federation contacting earth humanity is violating some (prime directive) of some sort. It's deemed unethical for other ET/NHI groups/races to interfere with your (guys up above)'s simulations/worlds/projects/experiments, etc. without (contracts/agreements) or explicit permission.

• M: Speak now about the many races and beings. Show your remote view.

• P: Right, I will. Quick note for the audience: yesterday, I was going to RV [blanked] when you guys told me not to, and instead, meet you up above. I followed your command and arrived on one of the mothership stations in orbit above earth. There, I was directed into a large room that had a viewing screen, showing the earth in orbit. It was so much detail that I had to draw two pictures. I saw some of the usual faces, but not all. In addition, there were others there I've never seen—even some sort of metamorphic energy being with what (looked like, I can't confirm) wings, whereas on the far right, some sort of “shining” metallic-humanoid figure that had strange limbs and no face. I believe C was there too, as was E, other “Nordics” along with greys, Damien, and many others I had no clue about. I now know that you guys wanted to keep me out of danger from remote viewing [blanked]. Why?

On the far right = some metallic-shiny being humanoid with no distinct features.

• M: It's not time yet.

• P: Say no more. Next, what happened today, is that I remote viewed as according to your directions once more at the station above. There, I was able to see a few floors that I'll post in this thread today. I saw what appeared to be the “engine room,” although I can barely make out what was really happening. You guys also sent me telepathic symbols that seemed to be parts of your language. I was also taken by E to see two reptilians who wore strange helmets, guarding a door. With E being there, I was allowed to see what was past that door. It was a meeting room. I'm not sure if it was the one I saw before, but it was definitely a meeting room. There were multiple mantid beings, Damien was also there, and there were at least three to five unknown races to me. In the middle of it all was “HM,” who I didn't know at first, so I called him “???” He is significantly taller/larger than most mantid beings. I'm guessing he is the main boss?

• M: In this quadrant of the multi-cosmos, yes.

• P: Fascinating. I'll post the remote view drawings and depictions for the audience to see.

• M: Go on with the next part.

• P: Right, so, as usual with remote views—you, M, are the most patient with me. Or more like the others are preoccupied and busy, so you once more became my handler during the remote view on the gigantic mothership station in orbit. Today, you didn't show me the factories where many hybrids are being created; you showed me some gigantic “dome” room that was unspeakably big. There, I saw chambers upon chambers of countless types of beings, races, sentience, primordials, and non-sentience, such as the fauna and flora. There were some beings who were seemingly energy-beings, then there were others who were cyclops that were very muscular and tall. Definitely genetically engineered. Then there were also some regular-looking humans, although I sense some of these weren't all earth humans, but rather, humans from other worlds. There were various types of greys, and even reptilian species, among countless others that I have never seen or thought of before. It has become very obvious to anyone who is taking this topic seriously and as a full-time job that UFO lore, starseed mythology, and occult symbolism is a child lock for the reality of what is truly going on. I'm ready to reveal the truths if you are.

• P: Here we go.

1. There is a ranking order among the various species connected to the interdimensional-intergalactic extraterrestrial federation protecting earth and many other worlds.

2. The highest of the rankings goes to Mantid beings because of all the ones we know of; they are the most ancient in THIS SECTION of the multi-cosmos and, by far, the most advanced.

3. As said before, they too, like ALL other races, were assisted out of their worlds/simulations by an unknown ancient race (that's long “ extinct")—billions upon billions of years ago in a completely different universal dimension that's older than this universe itself.

4. The assistance of this benevolent race is why the mantid beings (continue passing it on).

5. Mantid begins are always called to arbitrate matters (in this multi-cosmos) because they aren't seeking war but, in fact, can be considered “guardians in the continuation of life.”

6. This is difficult for humans on earth to understand without mystifying the information or turning them into divine saviors, religious, and/or occult objects.

7. There are multiple ranks within ranks for each species, such as pilots, doctors, overseers/managers/supervisors, abduction crews, defense crews (not military), engineers, scientists (reality observers), civilians, representatives, intermediaries, and many more.

8. Abductions or attunements are meticulously planned out. The time, the place, the how, etc., are usually encoded processes dealing with “timelines.”

9. Asking to be abducted isn't going to happen just because you ask, and in fact, it may have already happened without consciously knowing.

10. 90% of abduction experiences are completely unknown to the person.

11. Truly successful abduction operations are done when the person has virtually no clue what happened and only believes it to be a bad (or good) dream. This is the case for most humanity, who do not even realize they've been abducted.

12. Abductions are absolutely mandatory, and the notion that they are violating us is also immature, misleading, and uninformed.

13. While the example of a deer who injured themselves being tranquilized and healed by scientists is acceptable enough that it's understandable why people would be freaked out by abductions, although it's for their own good, the reality is that many abductees made agreements with ETs.

14. Many of these agreements have, in fact, been done either in a previous lifetime or when one was young. Usually, the memory is wiped of this agreement because it is part of the agreement.

15. ETs are abducting for the first obvious—hybridization and genetic mixtures (which is how life on earth was even seeded, FYI)—but also, for soul dynamics as to how spirits/realmes operate within certain containers.

16. Container/vessel proficiency is paramount to their operations because proper vessels allow the spirit/soul to come out in full force.

17. Picture it like a driver and a car.

18. While it is good to have a good car (physical vessel), if the driver (spirit/soul) is inept, then no vehicle, no matter how incredible its performance, can fully make up for the lack of the driver's inability.

19. Thus, it is not solely the genetics for creation of new vessels/containers, but also, the spirit/soul that is prudently monitored which is why advancement of consciousness is absolutely necessary.

20. Since there is less control of the spirit/soul (there is, just not as much) compared to the vessel/container, much of the experimentation takes millions of years across various civilizations, histories, and everything in between, allowing all sorts of events to happen of many kinds, including events such as Atlantis that in modern times, seems like fiction.

21. Simulation-experimentation runs for thousands to millions of years depending on the planet, their circumstances, evolutionary adaptations, features, and what the simulators are aiming to achieve.

22. This can happen because the simulator overlords have the ability to transverse space and time in all directions by will. It's easy for them to move from one time in the past to the end of a civilization, go back to their (local) time, check the data, see how it affected the timeline, then jump from point A to B to C, recheck the data, rinse, and repeat.

23. They have complete dominion over time (as we know it on earth), and linearity means virtually nothing to them.

24. Many races in the UFO lore are byproducts of the 'simulator overlords' and the main 'overlords' are mantid beings (in this quadrant of the multi-cosmos).

25. Mantid beings are well-worthy of the title because, compared to all other races, including what's known as greys, Nordics, Arcturians, Lyrans, Andromedans, Anunnaki, and various other beings – even other “ascended prime” and pure transmutable energy beings, mantid beings are still far more advanced, wiser, and more proficient.

26. They arbitrate several in-house conflicts and usually have a 95% dismantlement rate of conflicts in-house or externally.

27. The notion of hybridization being horrifying is extremely strange, given the fact that all earth races in the here and now are byproducts of these processes that began long before humans ever existed.

28. As a matter of fact, there'd be no “human” if these processes weren't occurring – nor any potentially amazing race in the future if they didn't exist either.

29. While multiple races work together, and while Mantid beings do encourage “oneness” principles, their engagements are still quite practical.

30. Disagreements can happen, misunderstandings can happen, and individual opinions do exist.

31. Yet for most of these occurrences, they are solved without going to full-blown war.

32. Many intergalactic wars have occurred already, and all of them were brought to an end by mantid beings.

33. Mantid beings aren't notoriously ruling over other races like tyrants.

34. They were democratically chosen by ALL major (players/races) because mantid beings aren't neutral; they are fair, compassionate, efficient, and (very loving), if I dare say that.

35. ETs are VERY busy. While it's easy to become impatient and throw your hands up in the air during summoning or establishing contact, the reality is that these beings, who are higher dimensional beings, know more about you than you do about yourself.

36. When, how, where, etc. they contact you is VERY important.

37. One wrong contact and it can distort your timeline and the collective timeline. Yes, it creates that much of a butterfly effect, which is why even if you immediately want contact, it won't happen for various parameters such as proper timing, reception of the event, effects of the event, and so on.

38. Not to mention, real ETs have real jobs. Imagine if you were working a desk job and someone was obsessed with seeing you. They keep ringing your phone 24/7 when you try to politely let them know that you're busy and not a toy for their games. They still keep ringing your phone. By that point, you may ignore them.

39. While it's acceptable to do some soft drugs, such as THC, cannabis, mushrooms, etc., in moderation, and even establish contact on them – from an official perspective, as in, dealing with contact AS YOUR JOB, it is frowned upon for professional transcription and official correspondence other than personal contact.

40. As an official job as an official contactee, while one can do these drugs and understand higher experiences on their own time/recreation, REAL EXTRATERRESTRIALS who are PROFESSIONALS aren't exactly okay with you “coming to work stoned out of your mind” then claiming to be the one-and-only contactee and representative of them.

• P: I'd like to add that there's the fearmongering conspiracies that ETs are going to hybridize-out the 'current population' on earth. From what you all have shown me and made abundantly clear to me, such is misinformation. Not disinformation, but misinformation because there is some truth that the “current breed” of humans on earth is deficient. Who can really argue that? Considering how nerfed the third eye and many other factors of these vessels have become. I won't get into the specifics as to why, perhaps another time. The bottom line is that yes, the “hybrids” being bred right now will populate the earth and generally “take over,” although I must be clear right now that this isn't like the X-Files or your horror stories. Think about this clearly. The current modern human evolved over the former ancestral human species, then they died out, and modern humans populated the world with their presence. Similarly, evolution must occur. The idea that our current vessels are the magnum opus of all Creation is a complete and total joke. The reality is that these vessels/containers ARE FAR from perfect. Not even close to perfect, really. I don't believe this would be very troubling for those who have already come to terms with the fact that these bodies are second to the realme/spirit/soul field, and thus, we can interchange them. However, for the hyper-materialists, they'd lose their minds. In reality, the current earth human that populates earth = already bred out the old. Do you consider yourself then a hybrid? Asking the audience here—because you are, whether you like it or not. You're a product of millions of years of evolution, cross-breeding, and genetic splicing and mixing. There's no such thing as a purebred—not here and not anywhere. Furthermore, the assumption that our current mankind, who loves waging war, killing each other, supplanting one another, and can be so generally toxic, vile, deceptive, and horrible as the PEAK of humanity, is simply arrogant and honestly out of touch with reality. That said, there ARE good humans in these limited bodies/vessels right now, which is why the experimentation and agreements are done. Agreements are done for various purposes, be it of solid genetics or perhaps highly developed spirits/souls who have massive consciousness potential. All of us connected to these initiatives in such a conscious manner have, in some way or another, made agreements to be part of these operations and experimentation. Furthermore, the US government didn't only sign an agreement with the extraterrestrial federation above solely for the US—it was for the entire world. Oh, and for those who believe Eisenhower somehow “ignored the Nordics and made deals with the greys,” it's time for you to jump out of your fictional conspiracy bubble and engage truth. He (and other leaders) met with multiple ET representatives of the SAME federation and made multiple agreements with all of them, save for one or two, who weren't interested.
