Prudence: Today we are keeping the conversation to practically nothing and only reporting the facts as they are.

Prudence: It's difficult for the audience to know, but you are being slightly playful with that “sir” remark. Nevertheless, as we agreed upon because of my other priorities today, we will not transcribe any telepathic conversation and get strictly to work and raw data for the audience.

Dimensional shifting: Ghosts, Orbs, Not-Drones, the Afterlife, and the Paranormal
Dimensional shifting moves between what mankind calls “the afterlife” or the “other side.” There are “pure energy” layers in between dimensions that require adequate technological development, and, or higher soul/spirit evolution and the respective mind/consciousness that comes therewith to transition between realms or dimensions.
The “natural afterlife” is composed of pure energy layers between dimensions and universal spaces.
Beings who are advanced enough can artificially manipulate, steer, or even tear “afterlife spaces.”
In paranormal activity, even with ghost hunters, there are often orbs, lights, energies, etc., seen during these investigations and recordings. It is similar to what's been seen with the NJ and not-drones' incidents that are still ongoing across the world. There is a good reason for that.
When an entity, being, or thing “shifts” or moves between dimensions, it must “pass through” a “pure energetic layer” that can be called “the afterlife” because it is a place where your soul/spirit exists (right now), and thus, to transition to other dimensions, one must become (pure soul-energy) in order to transition.

JR Prudence's depiction of dimension shifting goes all the way up to the "great link" or the oneness of the GCS but unlike mysticism and spiritualism, advanced beings can transverse between realms and dimensions freely and not a strict linearity FBI documents in 1947 previously called these beings coming from the “etheric plane,” but they did not understand that the “etheric” or ethereal is only a pass-through layer before arriving at the destination, nor is it the only higher (or lower) plane.
That is why when ETI, namely, interdimensional ETI, transitions or shifts into this dimension/plane/realm, they first appear as glowing orbs, lights, energy beings, etc., before “materializing” into this plane with bodies and technologies.
The connection to consciousness, mind, or soul is that the more one believes or aligns their thoughts to higher or alternative dimensions and the beings within them, the more they are attuned to contact and even see them physically. That is why doubtful disproving pseudo-skepticism and debunkery creates a quantum consciousness effect that prevents disbelievers and disprovers from finding any truth, let alone, connecting with the phenomena.
That is because this plane of existence or this dimension has its “dimensional requirements,” as do all other dimensions.
Higher and lower dimensions are misleading, contrary to religion, spiritualism, occultism, mysticism, and their dogmatic absolute ideas of truths.
The reality is that there are adjacent dimensions, and while some are higher and lower in terms of quality, energy, and manifestation of its existence, the reality is not linear as a strict one-off climb to the top nor pure linearity sprouted from duality.
Higher beings, more evolved souls, ancients, etc., do not just get “stuck” in a “heaven” or a higher form that they cannot “come back” as duality-based teachings of positive and negative, heaven or hell, Yin and Yang, or any variation falsely attributes.
The reality is that the more evolved the soul/spirit becomes, the greater freedom it has over space and time—meaning it can transverse back and forth, to and fro, left, right, up, center, over, around, below, and under—between dimensions.
Higher beings can move between dimensions at will, be it from technology and/or highly developed soul types.
However, different dimensions have dimensional requirements. Not all dimensions contain technologies such as spaceships. Others may not have any of these at all, and what is deemed “advanced” there may simply be consciousness, “magic,” or something else altogether.
Beings such as Damien, Mantas, and Alaric, who, thanks to their highly developed soul, can, in one realm/dimension, be a pure energy octopus-looking jellyfish being while in another, they manifest as a tall grey or a mantis with highly developed spaceships. In another realm, they can manifest as humans or another cartoon-like-looking entity, or perhaps something else COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from what you'd expect with no technologies as we may perceive them, or something else altogether.
Question from Prudence: If that is the case, then why do you still use lower avatars and forms? Are those flying saucers not physical technology too?
Answer from Damien: They, and most of our technology, are metamorphic. They can change. Transform. Adjust according to shape and purpose. They are “built to spec.” And furthermore, they all hinge on our core concepts – which is a concept of reality. Oneness between dimensions. Just as we can assume different vessels and forms, including overriding already occupied vessels, we can do so with our technology and make it physical/tangible in your reality. Why do we use lower avatars? To assist your and others evolution. Some of us do not have to be at these levels. Others enjoy the “play” – perhaps more than they should.
Precisely this is what creates the confusion in spiritualism, mysticism, divination, occultism, teachings of all kinds, and religion, although there are some half-truths sprinkled in them.
The reality is that based on the dimension, it is where/how/what the being will manifest as and with what tools (technology) if the dimension requires it.
If that dimension has requirements such as technology, humanoid containers, or consciousness, then the being, even if it may be a pure angelic-looking energy mass in another, higher dimension, will “manifest” as a being that can be “read” or “interpreted” by the dimension it is shifting into—manifesting a humanoid form (or container of some kind) with a highly developed “spaceship.” In other realms/dimensions, they may not manifest with any spaceship at all and perhaps only a highly developed container/body.
This is precisely what Damien meant by “spirit and technology are one.” Because they are, and the sooner you come to understand this, the better.
This is also why they aren't so concerned over UFO crashes along with body and technology retrieval. Mankind tries to understand these higher forms of existence and being as pure material technology. As a consequence, even with the greatest of reverse-engineered and scientific efforts, it will remain limited so long as mankind continues to divide technology from spirit—because in truth, ALL ARE ONE and ONE IS ALL. Duality is a LIE.
Many ETI spacecraft, namely, from the nonviolent NHI protecting earth, are “alive” and have a “soul,” which is why they respond to psionics and CE5. This is something most governments, militaries, three-letter agencies, and other black ops with all the funding in the material world cannot grasp.
This is also why if a crash happens and the body and technology remain, most of the developed NHI will leave them behind to “give back” the material form as energy to that dimension/universe instead of retrieving it because it's utterly pointless, considering their soul can make these simply by CHANGING DIMENSIONS, not even through massive technological development over the course of years.
Yes, technologies and bodies are sometimes CREATED DURING THE TRANSITION between dimensions.
The more highly developed the spirit/soul, then the greater its potency across whatever dimension it shifts into for its existence.
That is why linear reincarnation is nonsense because the reality is “reassembly,” as Damien already pointed out.
When the person “dies” (death doesn't really exist), the soul regains its (memories; not really memories as we perceive them in consciousness, more like soul-data) and can willingly and freely choose which dimension it wishes to go to next.
Naturally, there are limitations and requirements for the soul's next journey, “movie,” simulation, or experience because lesser developed souls cannot transition into higher dimensions/realms/existences until they've gone through other experiences to accumulate data and evolve enough to a point that they can.
However, higher-developed souls can transition at will.
Once more, it is important to know that while some beings have technologies that would remain the same or similar in identical dimensions, others would change their form, shape, and technologies based on the dimension they shift into. Some dimensions do not have technological apparatuses as we know them on earth and, in fact, may resemble magical fairy tales while others are purely technological, such as the case with the earth dimension.

Extreme obsession with words is often linked to mind control and division. You have to be prudent with this type of approach because precisely this attribute of word semantics, excessive deconstruction, and a fixation on using the right terms, words, phrases, etc. are all distractions from actual truth.
Unlike what religions, cults, mystical teachings of all kinds, spiritualism, and the like teach about higher and lower realms being limited to numbers such as seven, the reality is that there are incalculable adjacent contiguous universes and dimensions.
Any excessively set, absolutely fixed number, especially those related to seven, twelve, and even a strictness of three to a dogmatic degree, is inherently flawed, primitive, incorrect, and often linked to mysticism, spiritualism, occultism, religiosity, and their respective dogmas. While it is possible some messages, signs, interpretations, and such can be transmitted through these numbers, the reality is that true NHI/ETI of an interdimensional capacity are far above the limits of such human-based numbers and extremely primitive thinking.
The universe/existence is “vibrational” and not “mathematical,” as mankind falsely attributes. The idea of it being mathematical is only the consciousness and requirements of a species who isn't even spacefaring, let alone, interdimensional, trying to understand what's outside its box while simultaneously and arrogantly assuming the universe (and existence) to bend to their preconceived, limited, and ignorant notions.
Contiguous ETI, aka Parallel Universe NHI, aka Interdimensional NHI as Edgar Mitchell emailed to John Podesta that was exposed by WikiLeaks—are protecting humanity from themselves and extraterrestrial intelligence of other worlds in the local universe and from other dimensions. The Vatican, among other major institutions, are aware of them.
These ETI do not only “come from another dimension” because there are various dimension types. They come from another UNIVERSAL DIMENSION.
There are various dimension types, such as alternative dimensioned rooms, buildings, homes, towns, cities, nations, continents, planets, solar systems, galaxies, and universes. Every micro-pocket of space can technically be “saved” and stored in another dimension of the grand cosmos, which can be traveled back and forth into.
Universal ETI are those who come from the local universe. In some cases, they can be referred to as celestials.
Contiguous ETI are those who come from another universal dimension. In some cases, they can be referred to as interdimensional NHI.
Interdimensional ETI or NHI are those who are coming from various dimensions, including alternative earths and timelines.
NHI can be interchanged with ETI or ET because most of these forces aren't strictly coming from this dimensional earth, even if it is from another parallel dimensioned earth or a time traveler.

Channeling poses tremendous dangers of many kinds, including misinterpretation (because the information must pass through the person) from lack of education, bias, favoritism, uncontrolled imagination, mental, physical, and emotional discipline, along with egoism, obsession with mysticism, spiritualism, religion, or extreme conformity to one's culture, heritage, background, upbringing, and beliefs.
The person may also be hijacked by a being much more powerful. Even for benevolent beings trying to impart messages, this exchange may be too much for the person to handle, especially if they haven't trained for decades to handle such contacts. Distortions are easy to produce as a result.
Channeling is not a reliable source of information as a consequence and can be prone to many half-truths. While one can pick apart the diamonds and sift the sands for precious gems, the reality is that channeling often intermixes with the person's own beliefs, customs, biases, aims, and intentions.
Channeling isn't telepathy. While there may be some parts that overlap, channeling isn't telepathy. Channeling is allowing a being, entity, or thing (including other humans) to override one's consciousness. Picture it as using a remote desktop. If the remote user is connecting to the local desktop and the computer itself is faulty, then the messages being imparted will be faulty as well.
Telepathy has no “override” going on. It's a direct being-to-being communication. As a rule, telepathy is far more advanced than channeling because beings at this level do not require overrides of any kind. Telepathy also requires more dedicated years of practice, education, discernment, fairness, and building of character and psionic potency rather than channeling, which is simply allowing a hijack to occur.
Spiritualism, mysticism, religion (including UFO religions and cults), occult, theosophy, New Age teachings of all kinds, and the like—are all misleading dogma that's equally bad as the unhinged, cynical, nihilistic debunking pseudo-skeptic on a rampage to disprove. The problem with these is that they produce half-truths that can tell you a thing or two but lock you into escapist imaginary mystical clouds that lose touch with reality and promote mental illness.
Spiritualism, mysticism, and religion, along with scientism, (3D-mindedness), and skepticism, feed into each other. These two are your typical Yin and Yang duality aspects. Your classic positive and negative, yes or no, my way or the highway types of approach that ironically enable each other just as Red vs. Blue, Republican vs. Democrat, Liberal vs. Conservative nonsense does.
It's an industry that feeds on your division, and starseed psyops are in on it. Check the state of social media that is purposely being led to be divided in order to increase engagement and profitability, not find truth. Division is what keeps mankind from the truth, along with excessive paranoia, mistrust, suspicion, and “there is no truth.” While one should have the proper discernment, becoming so untrusting that one believes there can be no truth proves one isn't interested in the truth and, in fact, is simply there to be entertained.
The reality is that something is either true or it isn't. It doesn't need excessive esoteric dogma, mystical teachings of any kind, conspiracy theories, entertaining fearmongering, prophecies, phantasmagoria, nor extreme logic and facts aren't concerned about your feelings, nor extreme robotic-unfeeling approaches, or excessive scientism. These are usually immature, childish, absolute, and extreme responses to handling the truth of reality, which is about ONENESS and NONDUALITY.
Starseed psyops are actively being used and pushed by misinformation and disinformation outlets, three-letter agencies, and cover-up groups to divide and muddy the waters of truth. As such, one should avoid getting involved with any starseed group or type, even those that claim they aren't or do not use these exact words. They are being both directly and indirectly sponsored by cover up agencies and groups, even unbeknownst to the gurus, fake contactees, and channelers preaching their nonsense.
Any group, guru, teaching, doctrine, ideology, or collective claiming a federation ran by one strict name or a specific group such as Pleadians, Taygetans, Plejaren, which often have Nazi occultism connections and anti-Semite ideologies, along with Arcturians, Andromedans, Lyrans, and many others not named here, should be avoided. The reality is that real NHI/ETI aren't concerned about names or words as much and never will, nor are any of the GOOD ONES pushing ANY form of teaching to “save” the world. While they aren't the greatest fans of religion, they also do not have extreme, zealous anti-religious behavior nor promote extreme hatred or intolerance.
Many of these starseed psyops tend to have a lot of fluff, but not much substance. They exaggerate their importance with stupendous technobabble and excessive words to beat down, tire, and wear the person into submission. They cite all these details about what their worlds look like, their lives there, and other superfluous details that promote escapism and fantasy, distracting their readership and following from raw, hard facts, truth, and data.
Starseed psyops that promote teachings are directly trying to control your mind. Notice if there is any talk of an “evolution code” in their teachings or works, along with a repetitive pattern of speech and word cadence; then this is designed to control your mind by inserting subtle subconscious inputs that make you subordinate to the doctrine's ideologies and teacher.

The wife and I were once again led to engage in CE5 on the 3rd of April 2025. We saw a collection of UFOs that engaged with us telepathically.
The first set was a collection of non-satellite, non-star UFOs that altered directions, stayed stationary for a moment, illuminated extremely brightly, then vanished.
Occasional extremely bright “non-stars” that popped in and popped out, appearing at high speeds then vanishing or, altogether, remaining absolutely stationary before vanishing.
Two non-star “lights” sailed across the sky in a pair, changing directions. The one on the left alternated speeds as it moved with the one ahead of it before abruptly changing direction and shooting off to the left at RIDICULOUS speed (something like 50–70k MPH), while the right one stayed its course before vanishing and disappearing.
U/V/Boomerang/Crescent/Chevron UFO seen once again. This time, it was moving from right to left, unlike the last time. My wife was able to identify and see it. It was absolutely MASSIVE. HUGE. Football fields upon football fields, big and cloaked. This UFO was certainly one of, if not the same type, as seen in the Phoenix Lights of Arizona, 1997.

My wife jokingly said we'd see a shooting star. About 30 seconds later, we did, except it was quite odd at the detail we saw in it and how it abruptly vanished. It seemed like a sphere/orb/circular object in the center with exhaust coming from behind.

The increase in UFO activity and CE5 among JRP membership is intentional. That includes the spouses, offspring, family members, etc. of the connected contactees here becoming more gradually open and even experiencing the phenomena with loved ones.
Our friends up top have been making it increasingly and abundantly clear that they aren't only real, but on our side and require our help. As above, so below. The help they require is for us to come to truth concerning the ETI reality and how to soft-disclose to mankind at large while living our best lives as upright beings of decency.
JRP has true contactees for a very good reason. It's not coincidentally that we have several members here who are in contact with ETI, able to also record video, photos, or provide witness testimonies, engage in CE5, and engage in telepathic contact, or at the very least, some degree of channeling.
We must work together. Besides cross-corroborations, verification, research, investigation, and scientific (not scientism) approaches, we must also enhance our psionic capabilities, educate ourselves, practice discernment, and promote togetherness, peace, unity, and a safe space for those who are serious about the topic and wish to make a legendary difference in this field.
PSI abilities only receive full benefit through proper health. This has been reiterated over and over, but once more, it must be said that one must maintain proper balance and well-being over mind, body, and soul or consciousness, vessel, and spirit. Adequate rest, management of stress levels, removal from psychosis, existential dread, and other immature responses to the information must be carried out. Take breaks if necessary. Sit on the information, reflect, and meditate.
We're only at the beginning. There is much more to come. We've graduated from needing the toddler wheels to embracing hard truths as they are. In the early interim of this operation, it was necessary to use certain words and terms in order to impart understanding and build a bridge to where we are now. It wasn't possible to arrive here unless we understood things relatively for the time that was then.
Similarly, we need to get used to constant bubble busts. Beliefs must be discarded for truth, especially if the evidence is in front of you; otherwise, you're not seeking truth. Expect time and time again that our knowledge, insight, telepathy, more profound understanding, and comprehension will grow and evolve. Some terms we use now, we may not need to use then or altogether change. Strict, rote, fixed absolutism is your warning sign something is off. Evolution is change, and change is evolution.

The discussion of dimensions has been extremely illuminating, thank you! I've been seeing a lot lately and now am thinking I'm seeing beings moving through the dimensions or maybe glimpses in between. This dimension is starting to feel very flat and I'm developing the urge to peel back the layers.
